Dublin’s Rat’s Blood made their live debut earlier in 2011 and have since been tearing it up with some ferocious gigs with their slab of crusty hardcore helmed by equal loves of Swedish crust and noisy Japanese hardcore. Finally, they have some rough demos online, and I mean rough. Streaming just below are two tracks – ‘Abyss’ and ‘Bottles’. The recordings certainly capture snippets of the unhinged aggression that characterises their live show. Obviously they have a rough sound and that would warrant a rough production in some regards, so in many ways it makes sense. There’s no word yet about more tracks or a physical release.
